Elections.
FROM OUR BYLAWS
-
Nominations for Intergroup Positions
to be rotated shall occur at the November meeting.
Individuals themselves must be either present at this
meeting or have indicated in writing their intent to accept
a specific nomination. (passed 6/29/08)

Elections shall be held annually at he
December meeting (passed 6/29/08)
-
Each member shall be entitled to one
(1) vote, with the exception of voting for Intergroup
Officers. Only those Intergroup members who have attended
at least two of the last six Intergroup meetings will be
eligible to vote in the elections (passed 2/24/08)

All current service positions are
subject to rotation, with the exception of
webmaster/downloader which has not been incorporated in the
bylaws.

Current bylaws place abstinence
requirements of one
year for World Service Business delegates,
six months
for regional Representative, and
90 days for
the position of Chairperson, Vice chairman, Secretary and
treasurer.
